Twelve Apostles – 28x36cm

Making memories with family is so important and is why I like to capture those special places and moments in my paintings. This oil study shows two of the remaining eight apostles, painted from a photo taken while visiting family. Water, being such a force of nature is gradually eroding these limestone cliffs and the remaining stacks. The echoing sounds of water swirling and thrashing to and fro’ at the base of the monuments was deafening.
