The World afer Us – 112x76cm

This series of artworks is dedicated to the issue of climate change and its consequences for humans and the planet. I was inspired by the architectural monuments of Ancient Greece, the ruins that tell us a story. In this picture, I reflect on a possible scenario where the ruins of modern civilization will go under water. The ocean, sparkling with all the colors, and its inhabitants will calmly fill what entire generations spent their lives on in their thirst for consumption. Water washes everything away.
